Guidelines in Uploading via Mobile App

While we understand that there are certain conditions that can make it difficult to take clear photos, please try your best to avoid the following in order to prevent processing errors:

• Blurry photo
• Messy handwriting
• Shadows and bad lighting
• Camera flash causing blind spots (No flash and/or torch might help)
• Crumpled, folded or dirty forms
• Photo taken at an angle instead of straight on
• Items covering the form or items in the background
