Why is my document taking so long to process?

It usually happens within seconds, but can sometimes take up to 24 hours, depending on the document.

Our processing time is dependent on confidence scores, factored by validation logic, document quality etc.

With a high confidence score, the docs would process quicker and require less intervention so do continue to upload those documents into the platform.
