The engine has been trained by a copious amount of data and is consistently being optimised to read faster and more accurately. As it is not traditional OCR-based, the system is able to read 'new formats' with zero need for training or a set-up process. We first classify by document type (e.g. Invoice, Purchase Order, Bank Statement, Form) and read for relevant fields. If there are issues with the reading process or if there is customised information that needs to be retrieved from a non-regular document type, all we need is 1 sample document with its required fields.
