[Upload Methods](https://help.file.ai/uploading-files?hsLang=en#upload-methods) # Import by Email Forwarding **Send documents directly into fileAI for processing!** - Supported formats: JPG, PNG, TIF, HEIC, HEIF, PDF, EML, CSV, XLSX, XLS, DOC, DOCX, ZIP, WEBP. - Please note that fileAI does not support documents in zipped folders at the moment   **Set up a new forwarding email** 1. From the left menu, select **Workflows \> Forwarding emails** 2. Click **'+'** to create a new fileAI email address and hit **'Save'** 3. Select **'Edit'** on the forwarding email if you wish to rename email, change tag or its processing strategy afterwards 1. 1. Select *Tag* 2. Select *Processing Strategy* (This determines how your emails will be read) 3.
